It is definitely expensive but it works to reduce inflammation and associated pain. I keep a bottle at home for when I have inflammation flares and take two twice a day for the first 3 days then reduce down to the normal dose. There are multiple studies showing the effectiveness of SPM’s to reduce inflammation, speed up healing and reduce pain. Good product that reduces my need to take NSAIDS such as ibuprofen.

This is a great supplement for lowering inflammation. If you need just one fish oil, this is the one.

The vitamin is easy to swallow. Does have a slight fish taste. Seems to help my pain and memory has improved. I like only having to take one capsule.

This will be my 3rd bottle.. I wanted to wait to review until I knew for sure. In June I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and I saw someone mention this product in a FB group so I bought it. I felt like I had less pain while taking it but I had also made some dietary changes so I wasn’t sure. When I ran out of the first bottle, I didn’t reorder right away (it is pricy). But almost immediately I had more pain. Ordered a second bottle.. while I was taking that one I had a follow up with my rheumatologist who said he was impressed by the improvement of my inflammation (that he doesn’t normally see that much improvement with the med I’m on or even with dietary changes).. might be a coincidence.. I admit that. Anyway, ran out of the second bottle and again, felt more pain on a daily basis than I had while taking it. So that’s enough for me to feel pretty confident that this product is helping. So I think I’ll put it on auto-ship so I don’t run out again..

I feel great on the product, and I decided to give a pill a day to my 15 year old mini Poodle. He looked miserable before taking it. He was lethargic. His back legs were starting to give way. After being on the product for just a few days he starting prancing! He now chews on his bully sticks again, something he hasn't done in over a year. This morning he did his play stance, wagging his tail. This product is incredible. Seeing my dog happy makes my heart sing. I haven't seen that dramatic an effect on my body, but I can only imagine it's working its wonders on me in subtle ways.

I take it once a day. I’ve been on it for two months. It was recommended by a nutritionist. I’d been having a good bit of inflammation and it helped immensely. I’d say it takes away like 90 percent of my inflammation by itself. A keto diet takes away 100 percent, but I haven’t always been so good at staying on it. I will keep buying this. Would be nice if it were a little cheaper though.

Skeptical at first but felt the difference when taking and not taking it specially on the pain it is much lessened.It even use a good vitamin e the tocotrienols.But it's pricey.

I have noticed no difference, so I will stick to omega 3. This is not worth the price in my experience.
