13X Molecular sieve is a synthetic zeolite commonly used as a desiccant to selectively adsorb water, carbon dioxide, hydrocarbons, and hydrogen sulfide from a variety of gases and liquids. 13X molecular sieve has pore diamters of 10 angstroms. Common applications include the dehydration of compressed air, solvents, hydrocarbons, refrigerants, and inert gases. 13X Molecular sieves are also used in a variety of air and gas separation processes, such as the selective adsorption of oxygen in nitrogen generators.
