Out of six fans ordered two fans received in triangular cartons not provided with remote device.out of six four fans of golden colour were ordered inwhich shades differed.One fan is making noise as if bearing seems defective.Four stars for 'value for money' since performance and after sales service is yet to be proved

The fan initially worked okay with directly or even through remote also it is perfect all the numbers are functioning through remote but all of sheden it stopped working ,now it's not working through remote and even if we discontinue the remote its not working even directly so it's very difficult to get the services also think twice before you buy online

It's unbelievable "low cost remote fan" which also gives good air flow in the room. Performance is upto the expectation. Looks are also good. Though I had ordered a golden colored fan but their golden colour comes as metallic copper colored fan and not exactly golden color !!Though self assembling the fan will be a challenge for non-technical (non-engineer kind of) peoples. So don't just think it's a 'plug & play' fan. Assembling it and fitting the fan is also a time consuming & a precise work which is not easy at all. So don't be under the impression that you can simply purchase it & fit it without help. You might require your electrician for fitting this fan and moreover the existing fan regulator also needs to be removed for proper working of this fan.But overall this fan is the best lowest cost remote controlled fan available anywhere in India.

This product purchased through Amazon is a good value for the money paid and moreover the service after sales is remarkable, which makes a mind set up to recommend others and add more purchase for self use. The remote is working good and though the speed analyzing gets little difficult thorough remote but could be managed by continous usage. Overall good product and I wish them to give the same service for ever even after their product crosses the expected sales mere in future.

The media could not be loaded.  they are saying something and later doing somethingmy remote was not working and they told me send to this address we will pay you courier charges now i registered a complaint for courier charges they are saving you have to pay for one-side and we will pay for one side. and told me you have to pay for electrician also we will not pay we can give you only parta of products.

Fan rotated with high speed and remote sensor is also work properly

Today just I fitted on my celling. Remote is working ok ok but when I'm start this fan through remote it easily start also button works good.Now all game change after turning off this fan through it's remote control. When I turned off this fan through it's remote. The sensor automatically started some tuk tuk noise and it will continue till when i turned off this fan through it's button.I will observe this things currently. And if it will remain the same issue next day then I have no option to return this product any how.
