Get front sight
This sight replaced my sons original front sight on his Marlin 30/30 with ease. He and I both like the enhanced view of the fluorescent orange glow.

too tight to fit
the sight, which was supposed to fit a marlin 1895 xlr rifle, was too big to fit properly and as a result when tapping it into the slot, the front screw broke off leaving me with a much bigger problem. Now I have to find a gunsmith or machinist to drill out the broken screw and replace it.

Not much to say besides I'm happy!
I installed a peep sight on my remington 742 and needed a front sight that was higher. This checked all the boxes and I have been very pleased with it so far after one season.
