Gochujang is made from fermented brown rice, tapioca syrup, red pepper powder, salt, soybeans, garlic, and onion. I ordered the "medium" heat level and it's perfect for me. It's so easy to use, simply open the package, scoop out a teaspoon, and stir it into my food. I use this in beans and lentils, on pasta, in soups and stews, in stir-fries. the uses are endless. This Gochujang offers not just head but a complex and delicious flavor.

So tasty! I've bought this a couple of times, it lasts forever and is good on nearly everything. Spicy but not too spicy. The "review ideas" panel is suggesting i mention the seal, the seal was intact. Expiration date is july 1, 2026, which is over a year away. Excellent all around!
