Excellent Upgrade
I love these Pure Tone output jacks - I’ve installed them on multiple guitars, and they make a big difference. They hold the cable jack much more securely, with a solid, stable connection every time. They fit perfectly in Firefly Les Pauls and are easy to wire in. Great quality, reliable performance, and well worth the upgrade.

Quick install, Sturdy, better than original
Its cheap and good quality, it works better than my old one. Guitar cable wont leave jack unless you apply some force.

These are the best!
These are the best you can get! Very well designed and made! They really hold your instrument cable firmly. In fact, if installing on a semi-hollow, you should break-in several times before installing soas not to risk tearing out the top of the guitar. The solder tabs took well to soldering.

Great fit
Great fit. This was used to replace a single armed connector; which had a loose grab on the cord input. This was a perfect replacement.

Its a BIG jack
I bought this input jack to use in a 2008 ESP LTD EC-50 - its a Les Paul single-cut style guitar with the input jack opening flush to the side of the body. No question that it is a durable, quality input jack and I love the subtle transparent black color - this is the primary reason that I bought it. I did consider the quality aspect, but it was mostly the color that drew me to it since the guitar I bought it for is all black. It works pretty well too - it almost has like a double lock feel to it when you plug in the cable. It has a quality "grab" to it and requires some effort to plug in and unplug the cable, which is also what I would expect. I had/have two issues with this jack; Its REALLY big and bulky and just barely fits in the input jack cavity hole. In fact, I am still having an issue with a short of some sort if pressure is applied to one side of the input plug on the cable; like the jack is pressing against the cavity wall shielding. The other issue is that you will need to rough the surface of the soldering points for an optimal soldering experience. This thing is big and busy as you can see by the picture(s). I had to solder the hot and ground for the pickups and the hot and ground for a kill switch. Not only was it super tight space I had to work in between all the prongs of the input jack itself (outside of the body), but it was a nightmare getting the solder to weld to the surface based on an inability to solder to the bare metal connection points on the input jack. I had to scratch the whole thing up with a tiny flathead screw driver with a piece of sandpaper taped over the end of it. It was very frustrating. Overall, I am happy with it but if I'm being honest, its still the color that was the reason I bought it and worked with it as long as I did to make it work. Otherwise, I would have just used a Switchcraft or AllParts input jack. Input Jacks aren't magic...as long as they are not made with cheap, thin metal, the connection prong is not bent out of sorts and the solder work is adequate, pretty much anything will do. I'm not sure if I would buy it again or not (unless I needed one that is black, then I would for sure). It's reasonably priced and it is a quality part, but there are so many other options that I have used that are similarly priced and so much easier to work with.

Great Inexpensive Upgrade
Solves for loose or crackling guitar jacks, doesn't affect output sound. Heavy duty with dual +/- contacts that really grip the cable jack. All my guitars get them, one less thing to worry about.

Un cambio muy notorio en la firmeza que sostiene el cable, además de que tienes menor probabilidad de que se genere ruido pues la sujeción es en cuatro puntos del plug
