Glad to review this item ! I had purchased a mirror prior to this one & was extremely disappointed, so....ordered this one, am I glad I did !Best mirror ever ! extremely well packaged. The 10x side is what I really wanted it for, needed to see up-close, boy...does it show up close, everything I want to see & some things I didn't :)If you are in the market for a mirror, this is the one, if I could give it 10 stars I would.Oh, and I also want to say that usually you can easily knock over a mirror ( as in my last one ) this one has a very strong & heavy base.And I want to say, that it is a very caring company, they care about your satisfaction !

Looking for a vanity mirror with both 1X and 10X magnification was no easy task! I knew exactly what I wanted and searched the internet for a week before purchasing this Mirrorvana. The packaging alone gave me goosebumps, it is that classy. Assembly was a snap, simply screw the mirror into the base and done. The mirror is bigger than I expected, a lot bigger and gorgeous. The bottom has a secure felt pad, so no slipping, sliding or scratching up the vanity. The mirror glass itself is perfect and the glossy finish shines. Easily swivels for applying eye-makeup, tweezing or if you are just bored and want to count each pore on your face.This mirror certainly exceeded my expectations and I am pretty hard to impress. So my fellow Amazoners, I highly recommend you stop searching and purchase this mirror.

I gave this mirror 5 stars for 2 major reasons:1. As a former esthetician, this mirror is excellent to see exactly what is going on with your skin.You can see clogged pores, uneven skin tone and more which will help you make the correct choices for skin care regimens for your healthiest skin.2. I am far sighted. For the past 5 years I have searched for a mirror to help me put on my make up without putting on/taking off my glasses, which is challenging when it comes to putting on eyeshadow and especially eyeliner and eyebrow shaping.I can finally SEE what I am doing!Takes the guess work out and replaces it with precision and confidence!Great product! Fast delivery! Highly recommend!

The mirror's picture was misleading to me and I am delighted that it was. That 7" is a well portioned looking glass from either the normal side or the 1-X magnified side. To say that I am delighted is an understatement and I have assigned a new 'waiting space' close to my center of 'beauty' organization and application. There has been only one problem with the mirror. Every time I went to use it, it was gone. Sure enough, John had it and he reluctantly returned it. Mirrorvana makes a classical product with high quality values coupled with a competitive price point. No burrs or rough places that could leave scratches or cuts. All well made and well balanced with sufficient base weight to hold it upright.Not only is the mirror top quality, the folks (Joy and Karma) selling it are the same way. They followed up at every turn to be sure that I had what I needed and was at the helm to assist should either one of us need it. They displayed service in a manner that many of us miss from olden times and wish we had today. I believe had we had a problem with the mirror, a simple email or even a call and we would have had a replacement in a modest time. Maybe some of our larger retailers could take note and provide similar service.

This mirror is exactly as described. Clean lines, sturdy, practical. Base is easy to remove for travel.The magnifying mirror must be held close to the face or it is totally distorted <a sticker is attached to remind you>.That seems like a hassle, but, in fact, was not an issue for me. If you don't want to spend $120 for a hotel-quality magnifying mirror, this is the inexpensive one to buy. The non-magnifying mirror on the reverse side is of good quality.I feel like I got my money's worth.

These are good mirrors, but not really what I expected. Instead of the mirror showing a full clear view of what's reflecting, you can only focus on one part at a time, so that kinda sucks for me. It's only good to look at a close up of one thing, not an overall close up of what's reflecting. Hope I'm making sense...lol at any case, they are good, but not what I wanted. Regardless....I kept them anyway versus having to deal with a return. They will come in handy only from time to time, not on a daily basis. Like I cant use this to put my make up on or do my eyes, it's too focused to center of mirror.

I had looked for a shaving mirror for some time. Since I was purchasing one of these mirrors for a friend who needed it to apply makeup, I decided to purchase one for myself. I have had cataracts removed from both eyes and have implanted lenses which leave one eye as slightly nearsighted while the other eye is slightly farsighted. Normally this isn't a problem, but for myself, I have be so close to the 10X side of the mirror to be able to focus that I can't see very much. Still, it is a really nice mirror, and, although I don't love it, I do like it. A lot. I give this item 5 STARS because I honestly think it deserves it, and it certainly looks classy sitting on the stand right beside my razor.

I'm very happy I chose this mirror. I apply makeup sitting at a table and wanted a mirror with a tall stand so I could sit up straight and still look closely and directly into the mirror without leaning over. I found that this stand is a little taller than others so it is the perfect height for me. When I first received the mirror I thought the magnification side might have been too high, but I truly appreciate it now. I wear contact lenses for distance and when I have them in anything up close is blurry. That makes it difficult for me to apply makeup, tweeze eyebrows, or deal with a blemish. Now using the magnification side of the mirror I can see perfectly even with my contacts in. I would absolutely purchase this again.

in my opinion, this is the best mirror I could ask for this price, honestly. Available in different sizes, very nice looking and shiny, moreover, the glass is of great quality and you can see your true self, lol. When I received the parcel there was also a nice message from the owner of the business, which was very warming and made me feel valued as a customer. very quick delivery. beautifully made very well packaged mirror. Bought it for the bathroom, make up application, eyebrow plucking etc. nicely balanced so not likely to topple over and the added bonus of being able to unscrew the mirror from the base is a great idea. Does exactly what it says it will the 10x magnification is very helpful especially if like me you wear glasses. Great price and if it were to be a gift, the box it arrives in is quite classy. would not hesitate to buy again , or gift to a friend.

Totally over the moon with this outstanding mirror. Everything about it is top quality all the way down to it's packaging. The highest quality all round. The boss is over the moon with it.

Over the moon with these 2 mirrors, was shocked as hell!! at the state of my eye brows once viewed through x20!!! But now they're all sorted. Wish I'd had these yrs ago!! Very well made & sturdy. Ladies if you haven't got them.....get them!!

According to my wife the mirrors are fabulous for all the plucking etc that all you people out here get up to. She has varifocal spectacles so found it hard too see what she was doing but can see clearly now whilst plucking away. However the downside and why they lost two stars is the suction cups pop off too easily within minutes on the tile and main mirror which I hear is very frustrating.
