Amazing! This costume saved the day! The mask is flimsy and silver so we had to buy a better mask but other than that, perfection!

The costume itself is decent for the price point. Some of the materials used were a little on the cheap side but for what you are paying, is good. The mask, as others have pointed out, tends to poke at the eye and the gloves look cheap and don't fit well so I'll be upgrading those pieces.The main reason for the 3 stars is the return, or rather lack of return policy for this product. I tend to order multiple sizes, especially if my measurements fall in-between multiple sizes, to try on both and return the size that doesn't fit. The webpage said the item is eligible for return, but only upon clicking for more details, it reveals the truth, which is you can only return defective merchandise. No return policies should be prominently displayed without needing to click for more details. So now I am stuck with multiple sizes of this costume. For this reason, I won't be ordering from this vendor any longer.

The party was a Murder Mystery Party and everyone was costumed up, about 25 different costumes. I'm at far right wearing my "Best Costume" ribbon. When researching this costume, one reviewer said the mask was uncomfortable. Another said, ditch the mask string and use Body and Lingerie tape instead. I bought "Voch Gala Body & Lingerie Tape", also from Amazon. I also bought an emergency mask from a different Amazon supplier that would be more comfortable, but didn't look nearly as good.The mask that came with the costume was initially uncomfortable. When I removed its mask string and used the tape, it became quite comfortable. But I found that to make it stay put in practice, I had to first clean my face with rubbing alcohol. The outfit fit perfectly, that unique silver mask stayed on my face all night. The costume was top notch and the mask nailed my win!

While the costume fit well, I thought it was a little larger than preferred in the neck and wrists. I bought the medium size and it fit well on my torso, but it was about 1-1 1/2 inches too big for my neck. My neck is 15 1/2 in for reference.Make sure you layer up underneath if you are going out in the cold. The layers are thin. Fortunately the"undershirt" for the costume is a false shirt. You could almost wear anything underneath the costume and no one would be any wiser.If you are looking to look more like the Phantom of the Opera, consider buying a different mask. This one is beige-ish and doesn't look quite like the one from the movie/ musical.Overall, I was very pleased with the costume all things considering.

Very nice costume. Be aware that this is based on the Phantom of the Opera 2004 movie and not the Broadway play. Added a better mask from Etsy and a black fedora to complete the outfit.

Item arrived far later than was promised and now Amazon says it is not available for return. Party is over and have no need for the duplicate costume. Item is trash and a waste of money.

Before I became the Phantom, I was captain of a pirate ship. That costume also from this seller. These are not junk costumes. They are pretty darn good for multiple wear. The pirate costume won a best award last year. The Phantom performed a tango and looked great. Again these are quality costumes.Great for the price.
