Just discovered these and love them
Not sure why I never thought to try these but glad I did. My long term goal is to bake bread and other things but also to use in recipes. The soft white is supposed to be for baking pastries and such but I used them yesterday to make a veggie burger. I cooked them and combined with beans and other ingredients and I loved the texture they added and tasted great. My recipe still needs adjusting but I'm happy with how well they work as an ingredient in veggie burgers. These can be used as a breakfast or even savory meal or side dish and I'm going to have fun experimenting. Also ordered the hard red ones which I will try next.

Makes Incredible Wheat Grass! Very Sweet and Delicious!
I bought these to grow and harvest the berries of should the SHTF, so I tried a potful to see how they were. They are a very beautiful plant when they go to seed, make a wonderful decoration. The grass was delicious, so sweet, that I can't believe the sellers don't mention you can use it for wheat grass. It is so much better than other wheats.

Made into tortillas...great tasting!
I soaked these and ground them into a dough and made tortillas. The berries were soft and sweet. Great flavor.

Works Good for Home Made Bread
Its a good product for home made bread. Tastes great!

Good
Since I have been milling my own grain into flour, this is the first time I ordered soft wheat for pastries and baking. You do have to get used to the difference from store bought flour. Can't wait to try some biscuits made with real lard.

Looks like good quality wheat for sprouting but packaged HORRIBLY
I love sweet wheat sprouts. They're so tasty! This is why I purchased this smaller four pound bag. They look like great quality seed, but the packaging was ripped so badly that seeds were falling out before I even opened it as I carried the package in from delivery. One corner of the paper sack was completely unglued, and there were two cups or more loose in the plastic packaging.
