After a year or two in right spot, Beautiful
Red peony in 2nd year or so began to grow beautifully. Transplanted to a location with sun and some shade

Disappointing / Didn’t grow at all
I’m an avid Gardener and couldn’t get these to grow. I tried in two different areas, with the best soil and water and sun combination. It was really wasted effort and time and I’m disappointed. Maybe it’s best not to buy seeds from Amazon sellers.

It came as root, not a bush. Excellent product. It grows into a bush in no time.

This planta was very beautiful and the envy of my neighborhood. Everyone admired them constantly while in bloom. I would love to have more of these plants, they were my Mom's favorite.

Easy to plant, growing strong.
Planned in line with existing plants. About the weeks got the first sprout up and now two. Promised three eyes in the description, one broke off in shipping, but the stems we have look healthy.
