It has been about a month or so that I add one scoop of the powder to my kefir smoothie for breakfast. Ive no complains about the taste. Unfortunately, Ive not seen any difference with my hair which I lose a-lot. Probably, I won’t use it when I finish the bottle. However, I ll try another collagen product of the same company. Meanwhile, I have had some issues with joint pain. I use inflammatone at the same time. They helped but which one helped more I cannot say it.

Taste is ok, I don't mind it, and my nails grow like crazy, and I have tons of baby hairs, so something is working!

the product is really good and i like it a lot. But the last two times i have bought it the seal has been broken. I have tried and tried to get this resolved, but the company doesn't even respond. Amazon credits me back, which is great. But i need a bottle thats seal isn't broken

Great product! This makes my eyelashes and hair grow! It’s a great protein boost too - it has high potency collagen protein. I add it to my smoothie or drink it mixed with water. As a side benefit it is also very good for joints and I feel a noticeable decrease in joint pain when I use this product consistently. My medical doctor recommended this for hair loss after a thyroid episode.

I was put off by the lemon flavor at first (I thought it was flavorless) when I added it to my chicken bone broth. It worked much better in fruit flavored keto base. I saw an improvement in my nails but not really my skin or hair but I am going to continue using it to see if that starts to improve. I didn't like that it did not come with a scooper inside. Mixes easily in water.

In a week you are gonna feel better ( joints and muscular pain in general) in a month you will see a huge difference in your skin and hair texture ( specially skin). Definitely worth the money.

I'm sure this is a good product but 1) the smell is strong and not pleasant and 2) the taste overwhelms which ever drink you are adding it to, so it was hard to add this to coffee or a shake since it would completely change the taste. That takes out the convenience factor. If you are willing to mix this in a glass of water and drink it straight up then it should work for you. Again this probably works well but I couldn't get past the smell and overwelming taste.
