Andis 32225 Slimline Pro Lithium Ion D8 Trimmer Replacement T-Blade, Stainless Steel

I needed to replace the blade that came with my Andis Slimline Pro’s so I ordered this. As you can see in the attached photos, the replacement blade has a different Andis logo than the original blade that came with my trimmers. Not sure if they changed their logo or what, but I thought that was odd. Upon further inspection, the only difference I could find between the original blade and the replacement was the logo. Will update this review and speak to the quality after I’ve used the new blade. Haven’t used it yet, have only just replaced the old blade with the new one. Replacement was easy, just requires a Phillips screw driver. Would also recommend a brush to remove all the hair you will find underneath once you remove the old blade. Make sure to keep your blade oiled and sanitize after each use with Cool Care!

What it should be for oem

I purposely bought Andis branded to prevent defects like this. Not sure if anyone else has experienced this, but fresh out the package the corner shouldn’t be chipped like this for a $46 replacement. Maybe for an off brand $20 one

First i must say that this is not like the original Andis blade. Its pretty solid, it can be zero gapped easily and fit perfectly on my Kemei 1971 Trimmers. The downside is that it its not that sharp at all but it is a step up from my Kemei 1971 blade. Bottom line is Its good but could be better..

Waste of time replace the blades. I had to buy another set of trimmers as the blade replacement didn’t do the job. It doesn’t cut properly once you replace the blade
