I bought this because I travel a lot and was tired of fighting my phones battery life all day as I traveled. The first time I used it I thought wow this great! It fully charged itself and I never had the worry of my phone firing if I used it too much as I ran about my life.,But just when I needed it for a trip it began to get funky... the charging port wouldn’t hold the cord in place and continually fell out while I was trying to charge it. Then the battery itself would barely charge. It has 4 lights to indicate a full charge but it would barely get past one. Now it won’t charge my phones battery at all even if it has some charge left in its own battery! By the time I got home with it the refund window appears closed! I’m hoping to be able to contact someone to have it replaced and hope I just got a defective one.

This is my second battery case from this brand. They have the largest batteries of all the cases I’ve looked at. I love that I can charge them simultaneously at night and then never need to plug in my phone all day. The ONLY downside to this case is that it’s not great for protection. It’s a heavy case and it doesn’t go unnoticed, but I’ve gotten used to it. It makes the phone a good amount thicker which makes a challenge for my tiny hands but I love the battery life so I compromise. I can’t say much about this case, but when I got one from the same brand for my iPhone 6s, I dropped it twice and my phone was SHATTERED. However, I did not have a screen protector on that phone so I will share the blame. Now that I have the XR, I got this case and a nice screen protector to save my wallet from having to pay for a new screen. ALSO, the phone syncs and charges when inside the case, but headphones with the lightning plug or adapter DO NOT WORK. Other than that and the weight, I absolutely love the case and would recommend it to anyone who constantly needs to plug their phone in to charge on the go. I can get 2-3 extra charges a day (I use my phone a lot). Thanks for reading! :)

After taking this case apart to see the internals, I was surprised to find that the battery has a 6000mah capacity instead of the advertised 6800mah, still a good case for $20 but just know that you aren’t getting exactly what you pay for if you hope for the full 6800

My iphone XR has been needing a juice charge in the afternoon where I have been carrying around a portable charger. While that works just fine while traveling for work it's not as functional as a battery pack case as it's with the phone at all times. I've used other battery case in the past and the Pro's for this case is it will allow a Charge Through meaning when charging, it will allow the iphone to charge first then it will charge it's own battery. Since this case, i haven't had the need to juice up in the middle or end of the day. It will last all day and through the evening.

this was a bit heavy so don’t drop your phone while using it 😬 it charges the phone well

This is the one! Works great, no overheating. Great feel, fits my hand, and even the phone holder on my bike. Love it.

Super anxious about buying this because of the mixed bag of reviews. Battery life is great. It’s a weird type of plastic so it’ll easily slip out of your hand if you don’t have a pop socket or grip on it. Also, when you plug it in to charge it’ll stop charging your phone when the case battery is full which is odd but I’m not complaining. Oh and when it came it was battered pretty bad. Box was dented to hell and the case had marks on it. Had to wipe the case off before putting it on my phone. Over all, not a bad product but not the best either. // edited some time later. This case bugged the hell out of my phone. Brand new iPhone XR. Worked just fine before I put the case on it and now it drops calls, doesn’t sent messages, shows me notifications for moisture in my charger port even tho that’s impossible. Maybe I don’t recommend. Kinda risky.
