Trail Guide to the Body Flashcards Volume 2: Muscles

I bought these cards for my anatomy exam. I was struggling to learn the muscles, their origin and inserts, but these cards made it easier. You can clearly see where the muscles are.

These cards are brilliant for what I'm studying, they're really helpful.

Cards are great, super informative but simple at the same time. The silver ring seen in the images to keep the cards together was not in either volumes which I purchased

Brilliant cards for learning and revision, great addition is the book but nit necessary as a information uneed is on the cards. Only criticism I would make is that u have to purchase a ring separately to keep them all together

I am a first-year Physiotherapy student. This helped me a lot to be prepared for my anatomy exam. I do recommend it.

As other reviews mentioned, the item arrived without a ring, which is annoying as a ring of this big size is not easy to find. Also, the colours of the new edition changed to light brown not very reading friendly

These. Are. Awesome. I can’t wait to use them!! They are perfectly set up for quizzing and studying. They have a punch hole in the upper corner but do not come with anything to hold them together. That’s probably my only complaint.

A very helpful way to understand and learn the human body.

Some cards say extra actions that are not in the book but my teacher doesn’t care as long as I show that I got it from their flascards. Plus they make sense regardless and more information is never worse haha. Great for anatomy students. I use them all the time in massage therapy school and got them when they were on a discount 😝

I am a current student and used these cards to help memorize the origin, insert and action of each muscle. Also useful to have the innervation and all the actions. They are all grouped together by area, and the illustrations are quite nice as well. One has to buy their own ring if they want to carry them around. It does not come with one. I used a twist tie.
