We use this healing ointment religiously as a diaper cream substitute. My oldest had a wicked rash just out of the hospital after her birth and other highly rated diaper creams weren’t doing us any favors. I tried this and within 6 hrs the dark red and worn down skin was visibly on the mend. She had a completely healthy bottom by the end of day 3.
