Booths New York Snowflake Cheesecake

The best cheesecake I have ever tasted

Just love it!

Digestive base was about 1cm thick, tasty and crumbly (not at all powdery like so many.) Covered with smooth and creamy vanilla cheesecake; full fat and whipping cream for maximal opulence! No discernable snowflake dusting on mine for some reason. I'd like to see a hint of vanilla pod seeds in it rather than just flavouring, for more clout and that 5th star.

I really like the cream cheese filling, it has a very nice taste to it, but as somebody else already said it’s true, the crushed biscuit base makes about 50% of the cheesecake and unfortunately the texture of it is not as crunchy and the taste not as delicious to justify so much biscuit base ... this cheesecake could be fantastic had it more filling and a crisper thinner base!

New Yorkers would throw a fit if served-up this as “cheesecake". The topping is okay but the base is bad news. I would skip this and check out another source. Preferably in Brooklyn...

Tasty but.... too much biscuit/base compared to the creamy topping

I was a little bit disappointed in this New York cheesecake for the simple reason it looks nothing like a New York cheesecake.
