Excellent Energy
This tea is great for energy. Coffee upsets my stomach, caffeine pills can make me jittery, and energy drinks work well for me but aren't cheap and aren't healthy either. This tea hits the sweet spot; it provides quick but sustained energy. As some other reviews have mentioned the taste/smell is kinda unique (sorta like fresh cut grass), but I find it to be really smooth and enjoyable.

This is an herbal tea that takes a little getting used to the taste. It's not bad just different. Smells like fresh cut lawn. The flavor is earthy. It's a good morning wake-up tea.

For me personally, I did not enjoy the smell or taste of this product. I was new to yerba so of course, not everyone is a good match.It smelled like smokey ash and my stomach felt ill in the evening. I only used this in the morning with a light breakfast.

Excellent taste, quality and natural energy boost
One word - HEAVEN. This is the perfect herbal tea. It is smooth, tasty and mellow but also gives me a subtle energy boost. I've tried many green teas but this is my go to brand. It's hard to find it in stores so I'm happy that Amazon continues to sell it. I'm a lifetime customer.
