Timber Tuff TMC-02TCFB 2" Tenon Cutter with Forstner Bit

I own a cabin high in the Rocky Mountains of Utah. I recently added two decks and wanted a real outdoor look on my cabin. I used pine logs from my lot, but wanted to have rails that were easy and smooth to lean on. I saw this product on Amazon and searched locally for finished 3'' logs. After purchase, I took the logs to my cabin and was pleasantly surprised at how well this Tenon Cutter works. To trim, you need a jig to hold the log, or someone to stand on the log being trimmed. In all this tool exceeded my expectations and we trimmed 16 3" logs with no problems.

Tenon cutter worked but 2 in Forstner bit broke on first use. Manufacturer did not respond to my contact with issue.

Run slow, keep the bite small and take your time. Chips will fly!

Looks well built. Will update after I try it out.

did not dislike the product missing 2 inch frostner bit had to go and buy one. i needed to use the cutter the next day.

Tried it the next day very easy to use getting a great start to my wood working.

Used 10 seconds and cutter blade came loose and was not able to tighten because set bolt hole was stripped. Tried to do a replacement return but now the product is 3 dollars higher so no replacement will be done.I will be purchasing the competiters product instead.
