Love Dr. Leaf! This book is beautifully crafted, elegant, small, but powerful!This book has been fantastic! Love and appreciate the information and help from Dr. Leaf but sometimes she is so in-depth it’s hard to comprehend everything she writes. This book gives you all wonderful and helpful information and advice but in the form of daily, practical advice that is easy to follow and apply while still following the in-depth teaching that Dr Leaf brings.
