Small, lightweight, easy to use and perfect as part of your DIY home facial equipment.The steam is pretty productive for such a small device and once turned on, starts to steam within a minute or two. I wasn't expecting it to be so good, not when comparing it to steamers used in salons but personally, in my opinion, this little beauty has exactly the same power, steam production and ability but for a lot less money. The only difference is you have to sit infront of the steam, where as in a salon, you lie down and the steamer is able to be positioned over your face. But when considering this, I wouldn't lie down when doing a DIY facial. I'd be sat in a chair at my table! So honestly, this little baby is ideal. So glad I got it. I use it once or twice a week and so does my daughter. The results are salon quality but without the cost of a salon facial, and without having to leave the house to go faff with traffic and parking issues.Highly recommended 👌

This is a brilliant steamer. I've used it a couple of times now and my skin feels great. I steam, cleanse my skin, then use a face pack. Steam again then use a serum.

This has been in its box since I purchased in June. Decided to use it for the first time and it appeared to work well - however I was concerned that the steam was unbearably hot meaning you really had to be far back from it otherwise it was potentially dangerous.The real danger became clear when I finished using it - the heat had actually melted away part of the plastic. As i lifted steamer, part of it had literally melted and broken off.This steamer was worrying faulty and I’m worried why it is sold if the water vapour is hot enough to melt the plastic.Amazon is saying I can’t return as it’s 4 months old however it’s the first time I’ve used it.

Ordered this steamer, as it seems to be a you tuber favourite. I can honestly say I wasn’t dissapointed. Firstly product arrived on time, and was very simple to use. I was pleasantly surprised that this item was so affective . It warmed up extremely quick, and produced a very generous and long period of steam. I can honestly say my skin loved the effects of this little steamer. I felt hydrated, and my skin felt plump and healthy after use. Highly recommend this item. Especially to use while cleansing, and after mask application.

Mine arrived with a two pin bathroom plug, not a regular three pin plug.Not a problem for me as I can use it in the bathroom, just wanted to make you aware. I'll upload some photos as soon as I can figure out what the heck I've done to my photo files as they won't upload 🤦‍♀️So, it arrived with two pin plug, a bag of cotton squares which you can add essential oils to and slot into the place shown in the information booklet.It also arrived with some tools 🔧 for working on our pores. ⚫️ (even at fifty flippin two I am still blessed with spots).Thankfully I read helpful comments from other people on here, use Distilled or purified water (available from Amazon), do not use tap, mineral, geothermal, acidic, or alkaline water as they contain minerals.I haven't used it yet to tell you about that, but it arrived in perfect condition.***updated*** sent back as unfortunately had a slightly bent pin and didn't work 🤦‍♀️Hope this helps youMelissa 🐝

I love this product! I was really skeptical at first because I used to have a really bad one, I've been using this every night and it's made my skin much clearer. Easy to use and more importantly you know when there isn't any water now, unlike my old one (I had to guess! nobody's got time for that). Everyone needs to get one and get a pore sucker thing as well they go really well together, as it does dry your face afterwards, I lightly put an oil on my face like the vitamin E or rosehip oil to help deeply moisturise while sleeping.
