WORTH EVERY CENT AND MORE
NO STOMACH ACHES!! Very sensitive gluten intolerance... Which I'm gonna say isn't gluten intolerance at all, after eating this without any stomach cramps or bloating or running to the bathroom... I've made yeast rolls and pizza and cookies with this and ZERO stomach issues! I'm in disbelief! Will buy it until they stop making it!!

Like most people, I have severe issues trying to digest American bread and wheat. It's all poison. It's horrible, it makes you sick and bloated, I just can't touch it.This, however, presents no such issues!Thanks to the lack of additives and poisonous processing measures, I can eat as much of this as I please, and even lose weight in the process! A Tasty and potentially safer option for people with gluten sensitivities
I ordered this flour at my son’s request. He has baked with it often and was coming to visit us. He has found that friends who have gluten/wheat sensitivities have no trouble tolerating this flour from Italy. He used it to make handmade four tortillas for a family dinner and they were very much enjoyed by everyone, including his sister who has had trouble with wheat flour in the past.

Stomach is better with this flour. TRY IT!
I have used this flour for bread, pizza dough, and flatbread. I tried this flour because I had heard podcasts and read articles online about how Italian flour was better for me than US all-purpose flour. All I can really report is how I feel after I eat food that I have made from this flour. YES, there is a difference on how you will feel. How your digestive system will feel. Try it. It has worked for me. I will continue to purchase this flour for my family on a regular basis.

The most flavorful flour
This flour makes the best bread! I use it to make a multigrain bread. Mixing in numerous grains and other organic ingredients to make a nutritious loaf of bread.I have heard buying organic flour from Italy and making breads and other pastries with this type of flour, the gluten intolerant may be able to eat this brand flour. I have yet to try it for the gluten intolerant.What I found is one of the best bread making flours ever!
