I've been using Boost products for several years now and have tried Mocha, Chocolate, Vanilla, Strawberry and now Caramel. Miss Mocha but both the Chocolate and Vanilla are good. Strawberry isn't bad but tastes the most like artifical flavoring. The newest flavor, Caramel is actually one of the very best. not overly sweet but creamy and able to cover up any vitamin notes. I like to drink one for breakfast, 20 grams of protein provides a decent amount, more than 2 eggs and 2 stips of bacon, or a bowl of oatmeal and half a cup of milk. One of the ingredients is vegetable oil, probably as a carrier for the oil-soluable vitamins, (A, D, E), but it adds a bit more calories than I like at 250. Another positive tradeoff. no artifical sweetners so no bitter aftertaste. The price has gone up, but still rating this highly for taste, nutritional value and great portability.

Very smooth. Plus it contains fiber as well as higher amounts of iron than other protein drinks. Great for going through chemotherapy treatments. ALL three flavors are excellent in taste, consistency and flavor. Good for muscle building again after chemo or going into maintenance chemotherapies. Good product! Highly recommend.

I love this product. I first got boost when I was in the hospital when I first got to east liquid foods. This has protein in it. The taste is great. I love the chocolate and I saw they had a caramel flavored so I it’s constantly has good flavor with no stomach upset. It’s digestive. The consistently smooth feel going down. I use it for breakfast when I don’t feel like eating g or fixing something for breakfast.

I buy these for my father who has dementia. Sometimes when he won’t eat a meal this becomes a good and convenient compact meal supplement to get him through that part of the day. The consistency is good, not clumpy, and the vanilla flavor is ok. Dad seems to really like it and it does not upset his stomach. I appreciate the level of protein and fiber in this. That being said, Amazon keeps screwing with the price. One day it’s $35 next day it’s $45, then it’s $38 and then it’s $50 and the next day it’s $40. I’m sick and tired of these games Amazon plays with the prices for these types of products that sick individuals on a fixed budget might really need. This has got to stop!

I like this product as an early morning starter. It’s loaded with vitamins and protein, has little fat and sugar, and has a smoother taste than the chalkier popular brands of similar products. I buy chocolate.

I order this product frequently since I have a rather low protein diet naturally. This is the only ready made protein drink I can stomach. On days when I need to grab something quickly to get that extra "boost", this works great! The taste is actually chocolate and not chalky and it fills me up. I prefer to keep it in the fridge to get a thicker consistency, but room temperature still tastes good. I definitely recommend if you need a little something extra in your diet.
