Arived damaged,but still useful
Bricks arived damaged. They where still useful. A good way to cut them is to use a grinder with a masonry cutting wheel and finish with a hacksaw.

Knowingly ships broken bricks
Arrived broken, these bricks are fragile so that’s understandable to get broke in shipping right.. ?Well it would have been understandable if the broken part was in the box but it wasn’t. You intentionally shipped me a broken brick that will not fit in the frame of my project because the brick has the corner broken off. If the broke part was in the box I would have been understanding, but since it was not I know you shipped it already broken. Thats BS.
