We all need to read this
Epic and mind blowing. This book was recommended to me to prepare for energy healing training and was exactly what I needed, not just for that but for myself too. I started feeling a massive shift in wellbeing before I was even halfway through reading it. It will now be my personal mission to embody it for life.Thank you so much Dr Sue, for writing this.

Life changing!
This book will change your life if you employ the techniques within it it takes work like anything to do it daily but honestly I’ve never had more profound spiritual progress anxiety paranoia invasive negative thoughts all gone sue Ryder is a living legend you must get this book.

Too much information.
I agree about the poor quality paper, not expected in a hardback book.I am finding Dr Sue’s book a very dense read. Multiple choices for exercises, breathing, and yoga postures. I am semi disabled and have never done any yoga, so difficult to know where to start, or even what the postures are. It is obvious from her YouTube videos that her mind is quick and agile and she tries to give as much information as possible as quickly as possible. Unfortunately us lesser mortals are rather overwhelmed.It would perhaps been better to give less exercises, something more basic for starters.However standing in the checkout queue this morning with a very painful back, I tried one of the exercises for pain ( or an approximation thereof) and I think it helped. I will stick with this one for a few days and see if my back improves.

One of the best spiritual books out there
I've read a lot of spiritual books over many years but this is one of the best. I bought it on Audible first and listened to it straight through and was so impressed I bought it in paperback. The energy of it is high vibrational, it's packed full of wisdom and practical yogic and breathing exercises and case studies. It's a wonderful reminder of the philosophy of life and my go to book for my clients. Fabulous!

Loving my self
I love this book after years of trying to control my own inner battle. I finally get the importance of going in breathing and being in my body.
