Nature's Bounty Sleep3 10mg. Melatonin, 120 Tablets

I use this every night, and it does not quit working like some others. I felt it was too expensive, so I tried the straight melatonin to save money. Not worth it. Did not work nearly as well as the sleep 3. Went back to the sleep 3. Puts me to sleep every night.

I love this. It works well for me, and I only need half a pill to be able to fall asleep and stay asleep.

Love these. Don’t make me groggy in the morning. I get back to sleep more easily if I wake up (vs if I haven’t taken one). I like to take them if I haven’t slept well for a night or two so I can catch up on sleep. I feel well rested in the morning and can tell i slept better.

Didn’t put me to sleep right away. But so far nothing does. Probably a me thing. The melatonin dose in this is pretty high so expect some weird dreams. (Bonus!) pill size is easy to swallow. Doesn’t taste bad. I’m going to keep using it.

I have never written a review on anything in my life at 48 years old. Insomnia has been the plight of my restless nights since I was in the throes of nursing school over 2 decades ago… until I found this incredible, unprecedented sleep aide. I now even have my ER doctor boyfriend taking it. The take away is, I am now dreaming vividly, sleeping deeper than ever, and waking up peacefully thinking, “wow, so this is what getting a full night’s sleep feels like.” :-) No other product that I have tried works so effectively even if you miss the onset window, as I often do because I tend to procrastinate going to bed as it has always been a source of stress for me. The long half-life and time-release components allow for a continuous as well as forgiving window to both fall asleep and resume sleep if awoken. This sleep aide is nothing short of a miracle. It almost feels like it’s adding years to my life (maybe it is?), since I am finally sleeping more than 3-6 hours a night. Thank you, Sleep 3. Totally life and game changing.

A friend highly recommended this sleep aid. Good concept but didn't work for me. I'm sure it is a high quality product but it just didn't work for me. To be fair, it did make me drowsy and I fell asleep okay but I woke up after a couple hours and stayed awake. Also to be fair, melatonin has never helped me with sleep. That's just ME. This innovative product may work fine for you. If you're having trouble falling asleep and/or staying asleep, it's worth a try. I cannot give it 5 stars but don't want to rate it too poorly. Try it for yourself. Just know that it's not returnable/refundable.

These are kinda pricey but my son has a hard time sleeping and these work great he would wake up with other brads with these he said he sleeps through the night with no problem!
