I have tried others of this type but none has worked as good as this one. I am a senior lady in age, I can really see the positive effect when I take it. I wish I could have it all the time.

I’ve taken these for years. They really help my joints NOT to hurt. The joint may be stiff, until I move around, but that is far better than them hurting. It’s easy to use. I have had complements on my skin. It’s easier to swallow (compared to a fish oil pill).

I like the Ancient Nutrition collagen pills for joint support etc. . I was happy to have a different delivery system.

These almost cost me a trip to Doctor. You should state that ingredients can cause extreme intestenal upset. My son recommended this but he takes the powder I ordered the Pills, figuring for joints it would be better, I took as directed and then the issue started, bathroom runs, cramps, gas, lost of appatite and tired and loos of sleep due to bathroom visits,, I thought I had a flu, never suspecting the pills, after 5 days of this decided to call the doctor as I wasn't improving when something told me to check out ingredients in these pills, I did and was shocked that most of all ingredients can cause all my issues, so not only that but 3 x a day made it worse. It was Monday I stopped, today is Thurs. and I am returning back to normal. Amazon refunded me, you need to let this be known with the pills, my son has had no issues with the powder.

This collagan supplement works super fast! At first I was so happy as I have been recovering from a tendon injury In ankle within few days dramatic improvement.Downside..I noticed 3 pills a day were too much..so started taking one a day..as this works well it may not be for everyone.I felt it was causing change to hormones in negative way. My chest muscles were extremely sore..I stopped taking completely and maybe will take one pill a week. I don't understand what they put in this particular supplement that affects hormones but was uncomfortable.
