It can’t get any better! Dave Bouska of Butcher BBQ sells competition level products. This, as well as all his injections, rubs, and accessories are of the highest order. Brisket was as juicy as could be. Also, his Texas Bark rub, is nothing other than amazing. Take it from an ol postmaster, any product you buy from him, you will be extremely happy with.

I have used several competitors versions of this type product and was disappointed in both the flavor and worse the clumping for mixing. This stuff mixed perfectly per the directions with absolutely no clumps. I injected about 50 lbs. of beef shoulder clod and rubbed them down with my own coffee cocoa rub. I usually just inject with Minors Aujus at double strength. No doubt that these came out much more moist. Of special note on a clod one end is very well marbled and always juicy, this injection kept the large lean other end super tender and juicy. My guests were floored by my smoked beef. I will be buying this many more times. I certainly hope I can find it on sales so I can stock up as it does add a fair penny to a big cook.

messy, a little expensive for mostly-salty-bullion. Turns a dull piece into a tasty piece. You do not want this if you are trying to control salt or MSG. Efficient to just mix up the small solution you need, and the dry mix will keep well for future use. Can't argue that the flavor is worth adding, if you do not trust your meat taste without additives. It is hard to apply with low-pressure injector so you might want to get a strong injector.

Have to say I almost return this because of the price but so glad I did not. Just did a 16 lb brisket this weekend that I injected with this. Flavor all the way through the meat and I mean a awesome flavor of beef. Nothing I would even consider changing with this and I'll always use this product for my beef injection. Thank you so much for such an awesome product. I will buy again
