Said I wouldn't, but I did, and I like it.
I have had my Biqu B1 SE Plus for a while now, and I really like it after dialing it in. The last thing I didn't like about it was the stock glass build plate. Don't get me wrong, the adhesion on the glass plate is fantastic, nothing moves, ever, even when you want it too. I'm sure there is a "sweet spot" with it because one or two times the print popped right off. The majority of the time I was using the scraper to pry things off and realized that eventually I'd break the thing. With that in mind I went searching for a better option. Now, I have more than a few printers and I've always swore up and down that i would never, EVER peel the film off of a sticky magnet and permanently attach it to a hotbed. So i ordered this simply because of the brand name, I assumed that at the very least it would fit the machine AND it looked thin enough I could probably just clip it to the top of the glass bed to use it. Also, no mention of stick on magnet!Soo I ordered it and another one that did come with a sticky magnet that I planned to throw away, haha. Anyway, as soon as I opened it I was unsure. It wasn't like the bendy plates on my Enders or my Anycubics. But, I'm desperate for a solution here. I threw it on top of the glass, bent the clippy things to hold it (kinda lol), ran the auto level, checked the z offset and hit print.I'm not gonna lie, I was blown away how well it worked with no effort on my part at all. Ran the whole print, pushed on the part as it finished and it didn't fall off. I finished my dinner and came back after everything cooled, the part lifted right off of the plate, no effort. I ran the part a second time and tried to push it off while it was running, it was stuck pretty good. I let it finish again and tried to remove it while it was still warm. It took a little effort, but not excessive. Keep in mind with the clippy things holding it, it was visibly not flat, at all haha. Of course this was my fault for the way I had it assembled, but it didn't stop it from working. So, I opened the other plate i had ordered and checked if the magnet was the same size and sure enough, they matched perfect. I had a quick internal dialogue about how "I would never" and then I peeled that paper off and stuck that magnet directly to the machine. Next I ran the auto level again, loaded a new g-code and sent it on its way again. Again, perfect adhesion. Once this thing was flat against that magnet it is even better!!Changed my whole philosophy and I'll never look back! I highly recommend this one and if you can find it with the sticky magnet included, buy that one!I'm actually curious to try the other plate I bought now (the one that donated it's magnet lol).

CryoGrip Glacier for Voron 300
The CryoGrip Glacier for Voron 300 works well with ABS.... AFTER a good cleaning. Upon receipt, I wiped it down with Isopropyl alcohol. This was not enough for ABS to adhere at all.Cleaning it off with Dawn dishwashing soap and then isopropyl alcohol had the desired effect, causing ABS to stick down well during the print and then just fall off when cool, leaving a subtle faint texture on the bottom of the printed parts.. I suspect that it would not work as well without an enclosed, heated chamber. Definitely a useful build surface and the cool handle grip is nice.

My go to 235x235 plate.
These are my favorite build plates! I've printed a lot of PLA, PETG and TPU on these plates and everything sticks super well during printing and releases very easy once cooled. The texture is semi smooth like a splatter paint job. They are noticably thinner than a regular build plate, which gives the initial impression that they may be cheap quality, but they are very easy to work with due to being thinner. I've had 1 plate since 2023 (that I am still using) and I just ordered 2 more as backups in case they ever make the decision to quit making them.

Great upgrade for any level user.
Works as described, holds well, releases well when you wait for cooling to properly release builds. I think this is a great and effective plate for anyone just started out who wants to start on more complex and larger designs that needs better bed adhesion.

Game changer
Knocked off a star because it doesn’t align with the rear bed plate screws on the K1 Max bed. It’s not a big deal, just off slightly. PLA at 45 and ASA at 70. Everything sticks awesome. With my warped ass K1 max bed it’s awesome!

The Super Spring Steel is too flimsy.
I bought the 310 x 310 for my new Qidi Plus4.The sheet has a questionable coating. On one side there were blemishes, but close enough to the edge not to be an issue. It is not a powder coat. It is a soft coating, and scratches easily with the same ScotchBrite pad that does not bother my Prusa build plate. The surface is slick to begin with so a thorough washing takes care of the water bead test. I used it with 3dXMax EZPC and it worked well for small parts with a brim, but on large parts you can plan on the sheet lifting with the part during printing. I think it is best suited for low-warpage large prints or smaller prints. The Qidi Plus4 has a heated chamber but large prints with ABS, ASA, or PC will easily lift the sheet. I ended up ordering the smooth Qidi sheet which is a PEI sticker plate with much thicker steel. I was not expecting much with this economical option so I was not too disappointed.

Best build plate I’ve used yet.
This thing is insane! I have been printing PETG, PETG-CF, PLA, PLA-CF, and PETG Translucent since I bought it… I haven’t had a single print failure on this bed and I cannot imagine what would have to be wrong your printer if this didn’t work for you.

Awesome build plate
So far for my A1 this is the best build plate I've used used . No adhesion issues, prints come off with a quick bend of the plate. Sometimes they do stick too much and have had prints break (I was too rough) First layer texture is nice and flat.. I even grabbed the Glacier Pro plate to use in my P1S for ABS, ASA and TPU.4-10-25 Seems the only scraper that will remove prints is the one that comes with Bambu Lab printers. Removes excess easily.
