I've been taking Turmeric supplements for a few years now but only discovered this one as my last product was not available anymore.Always a concern on amazon as thngs often just dissapear once you find something you like and have it on repeat.If you have done your research you will know that Turmeric is a spice that contains curcumin which is a powerful antioxidant. I’ve looked through several turmeric and circumin supplements and find this has the best concentration of bio actives for the price. A lot of products here don’t have that and go with unstandardised doses. These have benefitted me big time- I find the anti inflammatory effects are clear. The vegan tablets are small in size as pictured and don’t disintegrate when you swallow them! The packaging is quirky but also functional as they’re very easy to seal and lock away- seems pretty airtight too. Handy thing and given that it is so small it’s very easy to carry around!

I've been taking these for a while now and I think they are worthwhile taking. They are small tablets so very easy to swallow. I briefly stopped taking for a few weeks while I ran out of stock and forgot to order and noticed my knee pain came back to a degree. Given the low cost and supposed benefit of turmeric I think it's worth a go.
