I have been taking the Stasis for 3 weeks now. I love the fact these are vegetarian capsules. I am a vegetarian, not a vegan, but I do try to swing towards vegan things more and more as I see the benefits of it. At first, I was a little put off by having to take 4 large capsules a day. I take other supplements as well and none of them ask for 4 a day. However, once I started taking them and started noticing some changes, it was really not that big of a deal. The other thing was the price point. I am still on the fence about this, but it sits just slightly above the other supplements I take.The first thing I noticed was an increase in energy. It took about 5 days and all of a sudden I noticed I was not as tired as I usually am first thing in the morning. Then as the day crept on, I was able to complete all my tasks and not feel exhausted by 3 pm. This is a big deal for me since by early evening I am ready for a nap and yawning.The second thing I noticed was a decrease in appetite. I first noticed this when it was 4 pm and I realized my stomach had its first growl of the day and I had skipped lunch. Just FYI, I only drink Kombucha for breakfast, so this was huge. Usually by 12:30, my belly is screaming for food. I also noticed that my food intake has dropped a bit at each meal, especially at lunchtime. I have noticed, a couple of pounds down already which I am happy about. Maybe with the increase in energy and a decrease in appetite, I can finally lose some of this extra weight.Overall, I think Stasis is a good product for helping with my appetite and increasing my energy level a little bit without giving me the jitters. I would recommend giving this a try if you are looking for the same thing.

I have been taking Stasis for 2 weeks now. At first I was feeling a little sick the first day or two. Then I increased my water intake and that resolved that issue. I was thinking instead of jumping into 4 pills at the start build up to it to avoid what I felt. Perhaps start with 1 pill day one and then 2 pills day 2 and so on just to build up to it in ur system.I did notice I felt like I had more energy and was doing more chores around the house. I also felt like I was in a better mood. I’m about to start my cycle and normally around this time I can be a little sensitive. So this seems to work and help balance my hormones. I also feel less bloated and my pants don’t feel the tightness prior to starting my period either.My take away so far, increase your water intake, Stasis decreases bloating prior to periods and stabilizes my emotions during PMS. I will update if I feel /see any changes.

I actually take mine at night and it's doing great. I don't crave sweets and have actually dropped weight in just 3 weeks ...close to 7 lbs...no more breakouts either. Would recommend definitely.

This product really improved my mood and helped greatly with stress in general. There was a noticeable reduction in irritability and a better ability to let things go a little easier all around. I also just breezed right through my last period with no cramping or bloating like I have come to expect just about every month now! That in itself was pretty huge for me.I have also struggled with falling asleep at a decent time for a lot of my life, staying up way too late at nights when I should be getting off to sleep much earlier. This supplement mellowed me out so much that I actually had to start taking it later in the evening so that I would not be tempted to fall asleep way too early!This definitely seems to be a quick working, high quality supplement, and a great potential tool for helping to manage stress, menstrual, sleep, and hormonal issues all around.

I love this product. It helped with every single thing listed on the bottle. My skin has not been this clear in years, I haven't had any menstrual cramps since starting it and I have lost a few pounds as well. I've also noticed my normal pms hormones being very minimal and my energy/mood has increased. I would recommend this to any and all woman who are looking to have better happier periods. My only dislike was that you have to take 4 capsules per day, however they do not upset my stomach like many supplements often do.

I have really enjoyed the effects of taking this supplement! I am happier and full of energy! So much so that my 3 young children have trouble keeping up with me now! I don’t yearn for my afternoon naps but instead have the energy to clean and then relax and have time for myself. Another huge difference I’ve noticed is my hair. After having my last son, 9 months ago, my hair has been falling out in large quantities daily! I was worried I would start getting bald patches. After a week or so of taking these consistently my hair no longer comes out at all. It is shiny, thick and very long! My only issue was having to take so many capsules (4) a day when I really dread taking pills. I opened one and tasted the powder which was surprisingly light and sweet. It’s quite good sprinkled on oatmeal. I have a daily morning smoothie and open all the capsules into it. I don’t taste it at all! Overall I have loved my decision in trying these.
