a gaming headset is not a work-productivity headset. and for this product, that's a good thing.
this headset checks all the boxes for a meeting-focused headset. in short: if you're on a lot of virtual meetings in an open (or otherwise noisy) workspace, get this.the positives:light, but seemingly robust construction. good comfort level for my 7-3/8" hat-size, for whatever that's worth.sidetone sidetone sidetone. this is such a critical feature for feeling "tuned in" to your speaking presence.settings (like EQ and sidetone) are stored on the headset itself. so if you're in an environment like mine that doesn't let you install vendor apps all willy-nilly, you can download the app on a personal machine to change your settings, and they'll remain in place if using the headset on another machine. note: the logi tune android (and possibly iphone) app is completely useless for setup and options. it asks you to pair your (what it assumes is a wireless) headset, and doesn't give you an option to bypass this step. get the desktop version instead.very good mic attenuation from background noise/voices. this is a big point that many headset users in corporate environments have not appreciated. huge drivers, over-the-ear cushions, and even active noise cancellation... these make little difference if the microphone design doesn't attenuate background noise in these new "collaborative workspaces" we're in. even if a headset sounds isolated to you, this may mean nothing to your colleagues if all the noise around you is being transmitted to them.on a related note, the on-ear construction of this headset does a better job of passive noise cancellation than many over-ear headsets i've owned. so don't be dissuaded into thinking that on-ear construction will provide worse isolation than bigger, bulkier over-ear designs.cons/neutrals:the cable, while very nicely fabric-coated, is incredibly noisy. it's almost like there's an amplifier where the cable attaches to the headset. thankfully, the provided "lapel clip" prevents a lot of cable movement, at least if you're relatively stationary at your workstation. definitely utilize it.the inline controller is well-built, responsive, and generally a nice touch. but since i am not a "stand and pace" kind of worker, and this is a wired headset, it's not really a burden to adjust controls on my machine instead of using the controller.

Quality headset with incredible customer service!
I strongly recommend this headset! I wanted to have a headset that I could wear for 8-12 hours a day for classes, meetings, and just listening to music while I work. This headset is very comfortable as far as headsets go and does fairly well with noise cancellation! I would say comfort and quality are the main strengths of the headset over noise cancellation (but for the price and size, this is still better than I would expect!) After long, continuous use (> 5 hours), my ears would be a little sore, but not bad at all! The sound quality is great, the flip bar for speaking/muting was extremely helpful, and the headset was easily portable. A little less than a year in, one of the speakers stopped working; however, within 24 hours of contacting customer service, they were setting up a replacement to be sent. The customer service experience was seamless and easy! For reference, please be sure to keep the serial number sticker on your headset in case it happens to have a faulty speaker or part!

Good headset that broke after only 5 months
It's a solid headset. Fairly comfortable (although the clamping is a bit much, and I have a small head), great sound quality, and useful controls. The mic is okay and blocks out sound as advertised. However, one ear on the headset went out after about 4 months, and the other ear went out a month later. It seems to be a problem with the cord, but since the cord isn't detachable, I can't fix it or replace it easily.I've used a few headsets now (I'm a teacher online). Maybe you'll have better luck with this one than I did, but overall I'm quite disappointed. I spent a hefty amount of money on this only for it to start breaking down after 4 months. For reference, my favorite headset that I've tried is the Nulaxy computer headset. I've had three of them, and they lasted about 4-6 months each on average. However, they only cost $20-25, so it's no problem. Also, my students say that I sound better and clearer with the Nulaxy headset than with this one! I'm honestly not sure why these cost $100 more. Totally not worth it for me.I wanted to get a headset that would last a long time because I felt bad about throwing a pair out every few months. Well, so much for that.

Great headset
This is a wonderful headset. It's very comfortable and can be worn for long periods of time. The noise cancellation mic is excellent. Almost no background noise gets through, even very close noise. The sound quality is outstanding. My only problem with this one is that the cords twists easily and quickly becomes a mass of tangles that end up fraying and making the headset not work. I also don't feel it's worth any price over $40. This is a very expensive headset when there are others just like it for a third of the price.

Best Headset Ever.
Was just mandated that we used a headset for work. They provide headsets, but still complaints from those on the other end that they can hear the background noise. So figure I would give these a try. Setup was super easy, sound is great. Just need to see how it does on Teams. Will follow up based on that. **Follow-up**. Used for multiple meetings since I got these and they are super comfortable, very clear (as I've been told on the other end of the meeting) and the sound is great. I love them even more because when you move the mic towards your mouth, they will automatically come off of mute. If you move the mic away from your mouth, they will automatically mute. We'll see if they hold up, but for now, I highly recommend. *Oh and Super Bonus.. The will plug directly into your phone (Samsung anyway) if you have the USB C charge port. Music sounds awesome!
