Are Toxic Waste for everyone? Nope. I know my wife would hate them. However, I truly love these. They are small in size, maybe the diameter of a dime. They come is a Mylar type of sealed wrapper, which keeps them fresh. My experience: When you place the candy into your mouth, the sour level is much the same as sucking on a fresh cut lemon. Very intense sour. This slowly changes into a sweet flavor. Some, not all, will give you another hit of sour as the candy dissolves and becomes smaller. I love the sour to sweet and back to sour experience. I dislike that they have any type of food coloring in them. It is not needed. This is my only complaint. All in all this is a great true sour candy that I really like and will be purchasing again. Well worth a full 5 stars!

If you are on the hunt for sour, hunt no further these are for you! Sour level is A+, I have no kids but I assume they’d be fun for kids if I had them haha.

The supposed one pound bag arrived sealed with an expiration date of 12/25. I received the item today, 6/6/25. The plastic bag is sealed for freshness and states there are approximately 152 pieces. I'm not quite sure on that. All the individual candies arrived sealed and not loose. Sadly I am very disappointed these are definitely not as sour as the original flavored toxic waste candies that I have previously bought. Extremely disappointed as I strictly buy these over other sour candies for the ultimate sourness! Take a note from me and stick with the original flavor if you want EXTREME sour! You may pay a little more but it's well worth it in the long run. None of the candies arrived melted. All are hard but trying one after the other there is just no pursing of the lips sour! Warheads have these flavors beat ANY DAY!

As a learned lover of sour candy, these are my go to. They are not the most sour, but way better than warheads. A bag this size is a great value.

Sour candies with two flavors…

Overall I love these candy! A great amount for the money, a variety of great flavors & I was very impressed with the quality. While I personally do not find the sour on the outside to be strong or last long, I have shared these candies with a bunch of different people & not many can handle even the outside sour & don't even make it through to the sweet part which melts away & is actually a great flavor no matter the flavor I pick, before giving away to a sour that can even make me cringe at the sourness every once in a while which is much appreciated! The variety of flavor combinations keep things interesting & actually go well together even if they seem like they may be weird to some. The inside sour reminds me of Zotz, which I used to love & wasn't expecting. Definitely will buy again & recommend to others to give them a try.

These are hard candy discs. They will make you pucker. They go from sour to sweet. I am addicted to them. 😊
