Lace Up Leather Boot for Women by Dr. Martens

These are my favorite shows by far. I've been thinking about getting Doc Martens for like a year now and finally brought myself to actually do it. These are 100% real and are $40 dollars less! I got the black smooth leather and for the first 4-6 days, they were pretty uncomfortable but nothing too much. I recommend wearing them basically everyday for like a week. Wearing fuzzy socks helps sooo much for dealing with the pain. I didn't really get any blisters. I've had them for two weeks now and can honestly say that they are the most comfortable shoes I own. As for the sizing, I'm generally a 7.5 to an 8 and I was about to size down to a 7, but after researching I learned that sizing up (for me that would be an 8) would be better. They fit perfectly!! So if you are a half size, size up. For shipping, I ordered them on dec. 26 and they got to my house on jan. 3. I would definitely recommend on investing in these beautiful pair of boots!!! You pay for the quality.

I'm a size 8.5 but since that option was not available when I purchased this shoe, I looked at reviews online to figure out if I should get an 8 or an 9. Many reviews said the shoe runs slightly big so I purchased a size 8. They fit perfectly length wise. I think I bought these like four months ago. I'm like the opposite of flat footed, I have a pretty high arch. The arch made these shoes notttt comfy like at the bottom part of the shoe laces near your toes. Also, prepare the back of your heels before you wear these with normal socks for a while. After a walk down the street, the back of my heels were Very raw/bloody and hurt SO bad. I started wearing three pairs of socks over each other before putting these on... works great. wearing puffy socks made the shoes stretch to the shape of my foot so now when I wear them, I only have to wear one semi-thick sock and I'm gooddd to go :) These shoes are very very nice quality like the soles really do feel like you're bouncing alittle bit every time you take a step. I stepped on broken glass by accident outside of seven eleven with these boots on and didn't effect them or me whatsoever. These shoes are completely awesome.

I'll give this product 5 stars because they're the original Dr. Martens shoes at a cheaper cost. I was hesitant in buying my usual size since a couple of people have stated that to get a size bigger. I'm an 8 in men and I bought my size because they didn't have anything else available that was close to an 8 at the time. Once I received the shoes, I tried them on and they felt extremely tight. A few of my friends had already told me to wear them continuously after a couple of days for it to start breaking in so they'll begin to feel more comfortable. They began to break in after the first week but they were fully broken into between 2-3 weeks. They're now extremely comfortable and I have no complaints. Dr. Martens is a brand that builds durable, quality shoes. I'm giving this 5 stars because I found these shoes at a much cheaper cost on Amazon and I also received free shipping!

I received these boots one month ago and cannot be more excited. These boots have such a beautiful feel and look! I love these boots so much! they are comfortable to walk in, look very stylish and are an AMAZING deal. Next, the quality of the leather is very good. It is soft and looks high quality, The sole is of high quality and I think they would do allright for the winter. All in all, these boots are awesome I normally wear 7.5 uswomen but they don't have half sizes so I order 8.00 us it fits perfect I took me 1 weak to break them In. It was not that bad for me just a little blister in the back on the heel.

Look good but must wear thick socks to fit right and not dig into my ankles with the stiff material

I wear a size 8 in women's shoes, and got the 6UK (8US women's) here, and they fit perfectly. There's enough room for me to wear thick socks so that I don't get blisters while I'm still wearing them in. I expect that they will take another month or two of casual wear before the leather begins to soften up and they feel more comfortable. I've had these boots before, so I know they'll last a good 10 years of winter wear. These were $165 in shops in Australia, but I got them delivered via Amazon for $75 (there was a free global shipping promotion on) - what a bargain! They also arrived much earlier than expected - 8 days after I ordered them! Very happy customer.

I found these boots on sale at Amazon. I thought the Doc Martins 1460 would be a great winter boot at this price. I knew when I ordered I knew that they would take some breaking in, but it would have taken me years to soften the very stiff leather. The main problem was fit. I wear a women's U.S. size 8M, which is what I ordered. The boot fit well in the heel and across the arch, but was half a size too small in the toe. It would be worse with heavy boot socks. Doc Martins are made in a number of countries, including the original in England. The pair I ordered was made in Viet Nam, so I don't know if the manufacturing site accounts for the fit. I didn't want the hassle of trying an English-made pair at almost three times the price, so I returned the boots for a refund.

I absolutely love these shoes! I have wore these shoes almost every day since first buying them. Breaking them in kinda of hurt but after the first few wares, they were just fine. These are some of the best shoes that I've ever owned! I can wear them for an 8 hour shift at work and not have sore ankles, knees, and hips like I might with other shoes. These shoes are sturdy and I can tell they will last me for a very long time. I know that I will definitely need to buy some more pairs so that I can use one pair for work and one pair for everyday life. These shoes may have been a bit pricey but they are most certainly worth the investment!
