Do these have the soft rubber teeth, or stiff plastic teeth? I'm looking for the soft ones - thanks

They have plastic teeth, but very comfortable!

How thin are they? I'm,returning a pair that were 1/4" wide and I don't like them.

They are almost 1/4 of an inch, but a tad smaller. But the big thing is these have the silicon grip beneath, not the ponty, ouchy plastic things that stick in your head. I once had another size of these that was just a bit thicker that I didn't like. not sure which fits your needs. I love these p they stay on and grips don't hurt
