My steaks arrived a bit sub-par from what is depicted in the pictures and descriptions of the product. There was slight discolorations, there is more chunky fat on the steaks than what's in the pictures, barely 3/4 inch thick so it makes me wonder the weight and also it's going to be difficult to build a crust and keep it mid-rare edge to edge, and alot less marbling as well. For over $50 per steak, I would not buy these again. In my opinion, they don't seem very Prime to me.
