Very good flavor great value definitely buying again

I was making my lemon brownie recipe but trying out key limes this time. I decided to see if I could find some kind of extract or similar to enhance the flavor and found this product. It’s very aromatic and a little bit goes a long way. One teaspoon of this along with fresh squeezed key lime juice and zest made these brownies so good! So glad I found this - 5 stars!

I should have known better! I followed a recipe I got from attending the Bakefest that called for 2 tsp of LorAnn key lime flavoring. It did not say SS or super strength and I did question it in my head. It is truly powerful! Don’t use that much EVER in any recipe! I am glad this was a practice cake just for us before making it for any customers. I essentially ruined my key lime curd. It is so powerful it caused my tongue to burn! I am going to use like 1/2 tsp and make the curd again tomorrow. Such a waste of eggs and butter. Maybe I’ll leave it out and mix 2 batches together. Be aware and don’t use too much!

This has wrecked two batches of PSMF pudding . I used half of 1/8 teaspoon for one batch of pudding and it was horrific bitter and chemical taste . I made the mistake to double the recipe in hopes of fixing the repulsive lingering chemical bitter aftertaste . To no avail.This has officially destroyed , obliterated ,TWO double batches of carefully measured , usually delicious .Maria Emmerich PSMF pudding . I would not recommend this flavoring it is polarizing with a lingering , very unpleasant bitterness long after you have tried it . If you want an authentic key lime taste . IF you crave the AUTHENTIC , key lime Flavor , to use actual key lime juice and zest is so far the only source that I have yet ton and to satisfy this love of mine for key lime . Whatever this product is ..I do not know . It surely is NOT key lime. It taste like ,if you accidentally got perfume sprayed on your lips if that makes sense . In theory it should work and I was very hopeful and thought I had found "the one " . This is by far the WORST. Key lime is very hard to get right . This is so wrong and unfit for human consumption . Save your money and even a regular lime juice and zest is far better than this chemical concoction .

Very good lime flavor.

Probably best for flavoring candy, where you can add citric acid to ramp up the tartness. The flavor, when added to white chocolate, definitely has a lime-ness to it, but it takes a LOT to really get it to come across as decidedly lime and it doesn't really have the signature key lime tang.

MY ⭐️RATINGS: 5⭐️- EXCEEDS MY EXPECTATIONS! TOP QUALITY & MUST HAVE. I used the flavoring to make macarons. The shells of macarons are supposed to be flavored using powder. However, it takes so much to get even a hint of the flavoring. I use these SS Flavors in the filling of macarons, and it makes up for the shells not being flavored. It only takes 1/4 tsp for 2 cups of filling. The taste is incredible and exactly as it is supposed to be. I have, by accident, used too much flavoring, and it didn’t go well. Other exact taste flavors I use: LorAnn Oils Mint Chocolate Chip 1.0 fl oz LorAnn Oils Orange Cream 1.0 fl oz LorAnn Oils Green Apple 1.0 fl oz LorAnn Oils Blueberry 1.0 fl oz LorAnn Oils Tropical Punch (Passion Fruit 1.0 fl oz This flavor is exactly as advertised, and taste as it should. The PRICE is in the usual range.

Boosts the flavour when your actual juice might be slightly underwhelming.

I havent opened it but i can smell the sweet lime , cant wait to test it on my candied fruits
