Bought this eyeliner for my daughter. It is liquid. It is waterproof. So it stays on all day. She loves it. We couldn’t buy it in the store as they were out at the Estée Lauder counter. The only place you can buy is online like Amazon.

I love the ease of using this eyeliner. It has two size applicators, so it can be used at several widths. It stays on all day.

I purchase this on Amazon for convenience. But it’s often close to dry after just one month. I’m hoping it becomes easier to find At Ulta or Macys. They tend to carry a really fresh product.

Have been buying this eyeliner for years! Over a decade! It's perfect, I use both side, thin and and the thicker end. It glides on nicely. Great for me sensitive skin, long lasting, tried other brands and have always preferred Estee Lauder. Everything about it is perfect! And the price is worth it as it lasts for ages and glad to have got it on offer too.
