One monkey can stop the show.
The part was used for my compressor. I wasn't sure if it was the part I needed, but it was. Now it's back up and running.

Fixed 40 year old Craftsman compressor
Have had problems with my very old compressor, found this valve and a pressure switch. I did have to bend up a new line and a pressure gauge is not in the correct spot but it works as should now and all for $35.00

Would've worked if I didn't ruin it
Fits perfectly except for I was careless and let the tip of my wrench slip into the unloader valve hole, crimping the threads closed and making this into a paper weight. Had to order another one. Be careful, brass is malleable!

Just as described
Fir great. Would recommend

Poor Product
The counterbore for the pressure line was not drilled deep enough for the line to go into the fitting. I had to drill it out myself. The brass fitting for the pressure switch line is of no normal wrench size, metric or inch. Would not buy again!

Worked on my 20 year old compressor to stop it leaking. Good value.Don’t do what I did. I detected the leak at the offloader valve attached to the switch, and replaced that assembly first. The offloader valve is supposed to be open when the compressor is not running. If it’s leaking near the switch, the main check valve is more likely to be the case of the issue.I did need to trim the aluminum tube that goes down into this valve. The old valve had a wider deep cavity that allowed the excess tube to fit in. No problem after that.
