YCCSKY Power Supply for Xbox 360 Slim AC Adapter, Non-OEM Replacement, Global Voltage, LED Indicator, 135W, 12V-10.83A

I bought this power supply for my Xbox 360 Slim to replace an older Microsoft one that eventually failed. This not only was this a much more affordable replacement but it has worked flawlessly over the last month and a half of heavy use since I bought it. After many hours of downloading, installing and playing games, its been perfect. It's not too loud, nor does it get too hot. Just keep it out in the open, well ventilated and unplug when not in use (to extend its life) per the manufacturers instructions.

I am not sure when I bought this but I know it was over a year ago. We heat with kerosene and when the pandemic came, well we couldn't get new wicks so had to use old one. Long story short, this charger could not be cleaned like the Xbox One can. That Xbox One was FULL of kerosene dust when we had it cleaned. About 6 months later we cleaned it ourselves. Both times the innards of the game system were covered in black, oily-like, dust. Keep in mind that this power supply was used the entire time ,too, and could not be cleaned. I recently bought a new one (and wish I had come to find this particular brand as I would have bought another), but the one I am writing this review for? It got real loud but still worked. It never did stop working so that says a lot! GREAT VALUE!

I had been having issues with my Xbox Slim's ac adapter for the last 2 years. I had cleaned it, which helped a little, but the fan made noise and sometimes wouldn't start unless I tapped the adapter. Finally it gave up and died on me, so my choices were buy a used Microsoft one from Gamestop (40 bucks, bleh), try to repair this one (lot of hassle for very little savings), or buy 3rd party. While looking at the 3rd party ones I kept having the same thought that the companies seemed shady, the reviews (what few there were) were bad, or the price was bad. When I saw this one I was shocked by the fact that the reviews were really good, seemed genuine, and the price was right where I wanted it (about 20 bucks). Now sure, the fan can be heard, but it works, it's priced well, and the maker is respectable. Considering you next best option is overpaying for an official adapter I'd say this is worth every penny. I'd post a video, but I get the feeling watching me turn a system on would make for a rather boring viewing experience.

I received two of these. The first one only works for a minute or two then had some sort of short and wouldnt work at all anymore. When I contacted the seller and got a prompt response and amazing costumer service. He sent out a replace and it was here in a few days. I've gotten many hours of use out of it with not a single issue. I will be going through this company for every video game accessory I need (I have 9 consoles ranging from the early 90s all the way up til today) and would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!

It's been 3 months now since I bought it and working great, its not the most silent but it's not loud either, you don't even realise the sound tbh, I would recommend, 💯
