Lowering Module LoMo M1 - 2009 - present Mercedes Benz E Class

The product performs as stated. Wish that the car/module could go lower. This item is not completely plug and play. After watching tons of youtube videos as well as looking at the generic instructions i came to the conclusion that the product needs to be spliced and tapped into factory wires. The CAN system under the dash IS NOT as the instructions have stated. I think I found the correct wires but was unable to find the harness that the instructional video showed. I ended having to borrow someones car to run and buy a spice/tap set and just tapped directly into the wires near the airmatic control unit. Also, the item states all the features that is included in the module with NO instructions how to access this sub menu (hold the hang up button and then hit the "+" or "-" to reach other options). Even then, I still at a loss what the speed lowering option is. Does this raise the car to factory height at a certain "speed"(traveling speed i.e. mph) or does it change the "speed" (rate at which the car height changes i.e. vertical mm.) For a product that costs as much as a lot of after market suspension kits, I expected better customer support. Afterall, this is supposed to be Made in Germany, not China....
