Unusable. The programs do not work. The notebook freezes immediately.
The product is unusable! Windows loads, but nothing starts after that. The internet doesn't work either. Windows performs an update, but it's not good after that.I shipped the product to Spain on January 21st. It came from the UK within 2 days which is weird as they wrote that I should get it between 3 and 11 Feb. The product was not picked up by the courier either, but was ringed at the doorbell and sent by elevator to the 3rd floor.How could I receive the product from Barcelona to London in 2 days when the delivery is a minimum of 2 weeks? Maybe someone already got it here and sent it back, but it was passed on to me?

Ideal
Great value for money, bought as a replacement for a much older laptop. Good size screen, powers on fast, very responsive.Pleased how thin and lightweight it is, wouldn’t be a problem to carry it around with you if needed. Good battery life (at the moment anyway). I like it, it does everything I need to do on it so I would recommend this.

Slow and cheap
Internet constantly cuts out and for my 200MB broadband the fastest speed I get is 2MB. The webcam has stopped working and just comes up with errors. The speaker crackles. Very poor screen where you can see the pixels. It's thin and light but it crashes and is VERY slow. I'm returning it.

Excellent notebook works perfectly I can't see what the bad comments are about, I've got no problem, all I had to do was set up Microsoft and away it went, might get another one

Big and lightweight but a little slow and hard to use
I like the size very much, very big however if you can spend a little more money on a better laptop i would. It’s a little slow and hard to operate. I was having issues with it from the off, it also doesn’t have windows 10 downloaded but the laptop is okay for a budget one.

Awful laptop. Please, do not buy.
Bought this laptop for my younger brother's birthday and it doesn't even work! The mouse track didn't work and the charger was faulty, it barely started up, the intel sticker was even stuck on upside down. Genuinely atrocious service, I WILL be getting my money back. Don't waste your money on this.

Don’t buy it...
I bought this laptop in preparation for starting uni...it is probably the worst laptop I’ve ever been on! It’s the slowest thing I’ve ever used, even when trying to do tasks that don’t need internet! And connecting to the internet itself takes a very long time! There’s a 2-3 second lag when typing....very disappointed with product itself, have started returns process...hopefully this is quicker than the laptop!
