Although the bottle says to take two, I've only been taking one each night and it seems to help me fall asleep. I never sleep through the night, but I think these are helping me to go back to sleep after a trip to the bathroom. If I decide to go off one my medication that helps me sleep, I might increase to two of these each night, but for now one is sufficient. I feel like this is a good price for 100 gummies. The taste isn't bad and they're small.

I suffer from anxiety at times,I take one gummy 30-45 minutes before bedtime to relax,these gummies work. I feel energized when I wake up in the am,no drowsiness,just relaxed with feelings of wellness. I did experience a painful tummy,the first night upon chewing a gummy and that's because I drank a glass of water after chewing the gummy,when I realized that was the problem, I then refrained from doing and there wasn't any more tummy aches.

Actually really help with sleep, but definitely have to take more than what expected.

A friend recommended them to me to help with insomnia. I can tell a difference. I only chew 1/2 gummy about 30 minutes before I plan to fall asleep. I feel pleasantly relaxed and drowsy, but not drugged at all. This is not a sleeping pill like Ambien. I tried one of those and I had a heavy drugged feeling and staggered when I tried to walk. But I find I’m falling asleep pretty easily with them and that’s a relief. I still wake up sometimes after 5-6 hours, so I can’t say that it gives me a long night’s sleep, but on the other hand, I have no lingering drowsiness in the morning either. No side effects at all as far as I can tell. My friend told me her son recommended them to her when she was having trouble falling asleep as she was staying upset about political news all the time. These helped relax her and quiet her mind so she could fall asleep. I’m now on my 2nd jar of them. They taste just like fruit flavored gummies.

No where on the Amazon page for this product does it say it has melatonin. But on the label it states they contain 1mg melatonin. Save your money! If you want 1mg melatonin gummies, you can get much cheaper.

For me, these are a pretty high dosage. Three over the course of five hours can make me seriously ill. Like constantly vomiting ill. Also because of this, if I take even just one whole one for anxiety, I'll skip right over just being calm and go right into a lithium-style emotional white-out where I just don't feel anything at all. It's better than panicking, but if you've ever been overmedicated on lithium or antipsychotics you know it's still not a very pleasant feeling. Next time I have the opportunity, I'm just going to take a half and see what happens.That said, I have extremely bad, medication-resistant insomnia. If I just take two, I can sleep about two hours, which isn't great, but it's at least good sleep and I don't feel like my brain is on fire when I wake up. That's also loads more than other CBD things I've tried have done, to say nothing of the tons of hypnotics and the like my doctor threw at me over the years.These don't do much for pain, in my case. But like the insomnia, my arthritis is usually 8-10/10 on a pain scale, and my migraines are a constant 20/10 (like, I'm actually screaming), and so far nothing short of morphine has helped either issue so I didn't have very high hopes for these in that arena, even if the other reviews were encouraging.I think these are good gummies, though. I'm sure there's a better fit for me, personally, out there, but I'd say if you're on the fence, give these a try. The price is right, and even I can't put a price on 2 hours of comfortable sleep.
