I bought these to cut basil leaves to add to bruschetta. It cuts them but some leaf parts get stuck in between the blades. If the leaves are dryer it works better. I tried cutting peppers and it did not work. I’ll continue to use for cutting basil but that’s about it. They are well made and nicer than I expected.

I needed these in my life SO bad! And I looked up 'herb grinder' first... yea.... not quite what I had in mind.. lol. Already have those kind around! Lmao! But these are easy to use, strong, great value for the price... the cleaning is made easier, cause it comes with a lil comb. They are sharp, I cut cilantro and parsley daily... doesnt really stick, if it does, thats what the comb is for too and durable. Happy with purchase:)

I purchased this pair of scissors because I saw the commercial that I can cut different things like green onions, herbs and spices and eggroll wrapper. I bought it because I want to make the cut up eggroll wra ppers. there are instances that it is not cutting the herbs or missing some stems. So my impression of using it to cut my eggroll wrappers will not be even. I will write an update what happens to my eggrollwrapper once I cut them in little tiny pieces. The scissors itself is sturdy, it is just not sharp enough as expected. It comes with the cleaning brush when the cut herb is stuck in between blades. Easy to use if you are just cutting few herbs than getting a cutting board and a knife.

Grandma is a vegetarian. She eats salads daily and spends a lot of time chopping vegetables and herbs. She thinks these scissors are a must have item for every kitchen! She gives them 5 stars and says they are easy to use and clean.

This product works great on herbs and also shredding documents or credit cards! The case and cleaning tool do a great job at getting most things out of the blades (like and idiot, I cut up an envelope with sticky residue and those pieces are still stuck in the blades...my fault and not the product!).

Bought these not to cut herbs but to shred papers after scanning them, as this was $8 and a shredder was $40. They work great for that; make partial cuts one way, then turn paper 90 degrees and cut them into tiny squares. They come sharp and well-aligned, and can cut through a piece of paper folded in half with minor difficulty. The beauty of using this for shredding paper is that you can just shred the part that contains sensitive information instead of the entire piece of paper, which saves work. Comes with two accessories, a comb with thin teeth to clean the blades, and a guard that has a smaller comb on top of it with thicker teeth to also clean the blades. Unfortunately, there's no way to store the separate comb, so I just taped it to the guard. I don't imagine that this would work well if you had low hand mobility/arthritis; the force to cut through paper is probably higher than with herbs.

Wasn't sharp enough to cut spring onion and regular onion for that matter. I was expecting it to be much better than this from other reviews.

I had to return the first pair because the blades were misaligned. It was replaced with a fresh pair that was even worse than the first pair. But the seller eventually agreed to refund the entire amount.
