This unit replaced a much older Android head unit. Install was pretty straight forward (use a metra harness... DO NOT CUT YOUR FACTORY HARNESS) - Wires were labeled well for the most part. There is a wiring diagram on top of the unit if you get lost too.After install I tested the system out a bit. I noticed it was not as fast as some users have noted. Faster than my old unit, but with the memory and Android 10, it should be faster.EQ is pretty bland. I believe it's a 10 band, but I didn't notice much difference with any changes.GPS works as it should (goes to Google maps, but there are others you can use).I haven't tried phone calls yet, so I don't know about the quality.Backup camera I have was from the old unit and worked just fine with this unit, which was a relief!The biggest gripe I have, the radio does not save the channels you set in presets. Also, the unit turns on to the radio EVERY time. All other settings on the head unit save, just not the radio. I'm not sure why.

The unit itself is great. I could not get a DVD to play past the start screen and the remote has numbers on it not any play button. I programmed the steering wheel control and it shows to be connected but nothing works. I tried contacting support (they say) by email and have not heard anything for 3 days. The operation manual does not say anything about the remote.

Wifi only sometimes works. After a few months the buttons stopped working. No big deal considering the touchscreen. After a year the Bluetooth connection became intermittent. After a year and a half the video feed for the backup camera failed. Tested the camera and the cable, the issue is in the unit. All in all a decent unit if you only want some features for a limited time
