Q: Is this candela essential oil certified organic?

No it’s not. Don’t buy essential oil (fake) on Amazon. They’re all fake. Seriously. And report fake products to Amazon. We should not be getting ripped off like this. Gardenia essential oil costs significantly more for 10 ml. And they’re from China. Assume they’re unauthentic.

Q: Is there a dispenser for using?

The bottle has a little opening that requires a little shake for a drop or two to come out, no dispenser other than the bottle it comes in.

Q: Where is this product made?

I don't know where it's made but returned it because it smelled awful and not at all like honeysuckle.

Q: Are these essential oils 100% undiluted without any added and/or carrier oils? For example, is the Gardenia oil 100% gardenia oil or other oils added?

I can't tell you what process this oil went through. My experience was very disappointing. There was virtually no scent at all. Waste of money.
