Create perfect burger patties.
The Meykers 5" Burger Press has completely transformed my burger-making experience, earning a well-deserved spot as one of my favorite kitchen tools. Ease of Use: 5/5 Using this press is a breeze. Simply place one of the included wax papers in the mold, add your ground meat and press down with the sturdy handle. The patties release effortlessly, thanks to the non-stick surfaces, and come out uniformly shaped with professional grooves that enhance both appearance and even cooking. Build Quality: 5/5 The press is a masterpiece of design. The one-piece porcelain press has no seams, making it incredibly easy to clean—whether by hand or in the dishwasher. The stainless steel mold is equally impressive, with a sturdy construction that feels built to last and a non-stick surface that’s a cinch to wipe down. Both components are food-grade and exude quality, ensuring durability and hygiene. The attention to detail, like the seamless porcelain and robust steel, elevates this press above others I’ve tried. Performance: 5/5 This press delivers restaurant-quality patties with unmatched consistency. I’ve tested it with various mixtures, and it handles everything flawlessly. For smash burger fans, ¼lb of beef creates a thin, crispy-edged patty that’s perfect for griddles. If you prefer a heartier bite, ½lb yields a thick, juicy patty that holds its shape beautifully on the grill. The grooves add a classic grilled look, and the patties cook evenly without crumbling. The included 100 wax papers make stacking and freezing patties a snap, adding to its versatility. Overall: 5/5 The Meykers 5" Burger Press is a must-have for any burger lover. Its seamless porcelain press and sturdy stainless steel mold make cleaning effortless, while its versatility—crafting perfect smash burgers or thick patties—ensures it suits any preference. It’s easy to use, built to last, and delivers consistent, high-quality results that rival any diner. Whether you’re grilling for a crowd or prepping for the week, this press elevates your burger game to perfection. I can’t recommend it enough!

Perfection, Quality, Functional!
This i a top quality burger patty maker. Heavy stainless steel bottom, and perfect Porcelain Pressing Tool. Now the porcelain is glaized on top and the bottom was unglazed (dry footed in the kiln). Porcelain is vitreous when fired, and therefore is like glass after firing. Nothing will leach inside to contaminate your food. Not necessary to beach. Just wash as usual. It is quality made, and will serve you well. The 5" size when cooked, depending on the mix of your meat, it will shrink to fit the large buns. It i easy to use, pressing down is easy as it is not necessary to drive the pressing tool all the way in. You just want it to make the patty. Very easy. It is the most functional burger patty maker I have seen. Previously I used a Tupperware one. And it served me well for many years. This I will make my patties, place them on a cookie sheet, freeze, bag, and am ready to cook a nice patio burger any time. One viewer recommended placing whatever you feel like inside by putting have your patty inside, press lightly, add your stuffing, add the remainder of your patty, press and a stuffed burger. Maybe a slice of cheese, onion, or whatever you dream up. Just be sure it will cook at the same time as your burger. I think this was well designed. the Porcelain top makes this perfection, it should last a very long time.

Best burger press
I previously purchased a different brand that is identical to this one, so I thought. The previous brand is very good; however, I prefer the slight differences of the current one I bought as a Christmas gift. The current brand is the Meykers Burger Press. It's stainless steel Burger press pan is made of heavier gauge stainless steel than the brand I currently own. The porcelain press weighs 100 G more than my current porcelain press and it's handle's mushroom shape fits nicely in the palm of your hand which makes a difference when pressing many patties. The porcelain press also has a larger outside diameter which means there is less room for the ground meat to squeeze out between the edges of the stainless steel tray and the edges of the porcelain press. The fit is NOT so tight that it gives you trouble inserting the press into the stainless steel tray. It is a perfect setup. The best way to utilize the press is to place a pre-cut piece of wax paper in the bottom of the stainless steel tray, then place a pre-weighed ground meat meatball in the center and then finally place another piece of precut wax paper on top of the meatball. Then slowly push down on the porcelain press with even pressure until you feel resistance as the meatball flattens out against the edges of the tray. Then the hamburger will easily come out of the stainless tray and now you have wax paper on both sides of the hamburger patty. You can place them in the fridge or put them in a ziplock bag and freeze them. Also, the additions of the lines and embossed bump in the hamburger patty keeps the Patty from bulging up when you cook it. Whoever purchases this will be 100% satisfied.

A Good Product
PRO's - It makes shaped burgers as advertised. It is a no frills machine. Product feels high quality, looks nice and cleans up easily. Should last for years. CON's - It is not the size as advertised. It is about 4 7/8" X 15/16"" inside dimensions. Close, but not a 5" X 1" as advertised. Meat does not just come put as some people have reviewed. You should put oil around the inside of the edges and even then requires shaking and a few prayers before the meat falls out. Made in China! Considering this is the most expensive single, no frills burger maker on the market by nearly two times, you would think that Meykers could find an American company to make this.
