I prefer this pre-workout over AML’s regular preworkout…. Though the stimulant free by AML is my favorite!

This flavor isn't so good. I had the Strawberry Mango or whatever it is and it is way better than Star Punch.

Don’t believe the hype
I’ll keep it short. It’s just my opinion. I’m not even half a bottle down and already looking to buy a different pre workout. Very little bump in energy, no noticeable increase in focus, mental clarity or anything the product advertised.
