Active Balance Exercise Ball with Resistance Bands & Hand Pump – Premium Balance Ball for Fitness, Health, Relief & More – No-Slip Stability Ball

Updated 10/13/2020: We already own an earlier version of the Active Balance Exercise Ball, both the 65cm version. The item was shipped promptly. While it was shipped in a shipping bag, the actual box the exercise ball was packaged in was still in great condition. It comes with the ball itself, a little hand pump, along with some exercise bands which is a nice addition. The ball also comes with two plugs and a tool to remove the plug should you need to deflate or add more air. Using the pump it ships with will require a little time to inflate the ball. It took me about 5 minutes(and some arm endurance) at a steady pace to fill. I've noticed this newer exercise ball feels a bit thicker and a little more durable than our first one. I, myself being 6'0" and 215 lbs, am able to sit on the exercise ball with no issue or concern of it bursting. Don't get me wrong, the first one is still holding up well. Our oldest teenager uses it often when playing on his Playstation. Even with swiveling around and hopping up and down on it while trying not to die playing Call of Duty, the Active Balance ball has withstood his "punishment" of teenage energy. With teenagers and working from home, they are great for long periods of sitting at the computer or the kids playing on their console. It has really helped with our backs and posture. The Active Balance exercise ball has not disappointed us the least bit!! Great product Epitomie Fitness!! Keep delivering great products!!

Simply a great exercise ball and bonus items! You can fully pump up the ball in less than five minutes using the compact included hand pump. The three size options (refer to the size chart photo) were great to get the correctly sized ball (65 cm) for me. The bonus resistance bands are such a nice simple addition to any workout and can be taken anywhere since they take up no space at all. The bonus strong body and core ebook is more like a simple manual with easy to understand diagrams of exercises for core, upper body, lower body, stretching and balancing. I love that it is just a well-done quick diagram style 'book' rather than excess information to read through or time-consuming videos. Great deal for excellent quality and all that is included! This ball is very high quality. It feels super strong and durable - no worry at all of it popping. What I really love about the ball is the surface texture! It is a fine gritty texture - think of very fine sand. You won't feel this texture at all while using the ball, but it makes it non-slip and slightly tacky in a great and necessary way for exercising. I tried to capture this fine texture in one of my included photos. If you've never had an exercise ball before, or have an older one with a slick texture and not quite the right size for you, get this ball! It is my favorite, most effective, most versatile, and most comfortable way to work my core. You can use it as an exercise bench. You can use it as a chair. No matter what you use it for, you will ALWAYS be working and strengthening your balance, stability, and core! It really is amazing how many ways you can utilize a ball for exercise with the added benefit of always additionally strengthening your balance and core.

This Active Balance 75-cm Exercise Ball was the best under $30 fitness gear investment during COVID pandemic. It's not the first time I buy Epitomie Fitness brand's products. Prior to this purchase, I bought their foam roll a few years back and a Sonic Boom High Speed Jump Rope fairly recently. I can attest to a great quality of all of these products!!! This is the brand that I've come to trust for at-home workout equipment that is the quality of a high-end gym equipment for similar products. Great ball for the price! For this price this is probably the best ball out there. It comes with a pump and an extra plug as well as a plug remover tool which is handy up you need to deflate or re inflate at different points. It also has a pdf list of exercises available. It also comes with a set of mini bands so you really get a lot with this purchase. If used with patience, creativity and good form a ball like this is one of the most effective pieces of equipment for your home gym. I would not use this ball as support to lift heavy weights but body weight exercises is great!

Really happy with this purchase. A lot of us are working from home these days and I figured an exercise ball would be a good investment. It's been my desk chair for the past week and has helped me keep better posture than my $300+ office chair. The 55cm size was perfect for my short 5'2" body. But it's also been great for my workouts too! I'm able to extend my crunches farther back compared to just doing them on the ground. And I use the ball as support whenever I'm doing incline or decline exercises. Regarding the ball itself, the material has a nice grip to it and feels thick and sturdy. And inflation was pretty simple. Don't expect to just flip a switch and it's the perfect size, but the hand pump gets the job done in a few minutes. The plastic pins that seal up the air hole fit perfect and the remover is absolutely essential to get the pin out once it's in. And lastly the product arrived in less than one day, which is crazy in the current climate. Would definitely recommend!

I received this stability ball in a small box.... box included a set of resistance bands, the ball (deflated), a hand pump, two plugs and a plug removing tool. There were no instructions in the box, and nothing linked to tha Amazon listing that I could easily find on instructions to inflate. I wasn’t certain if there was already a hole in the ball to inflate or if I had to push the plug in first to create a hole. Long story short, the hole is there. I tried inflating this by myself but I wasn’t able to hold the pump securely in the hole while pumping (sounds a little riské lol, sorry for the description) so I asked my husband for help. We took turns either using the pump or holding the ball. It took about 5 minutes if that, to fully inflate. You have to quickly remove the pump and install the plug before it deflated too much. This part can easily be done by one person. The exterior of the ball is tacky (ie:sticky but no residue) so this is superb for any type of flooring. For kicks, I used it on my hardwood floors and it didn’t slip a bit. I felt very stable and comfortable on it. It feels thin and light, but very stable. The resistance bands are a nice addition. I use these at the gym I go to, and you can make lots of exercises more challenging by using the bands. To make it even better, the bands are clearly labeled with the level of resistance so no guessing needed. I have not tried the plug remover tool. I except it would work fine and nice to have a spare plug as well. For this price point, and am very satisfied with this exercise ball. I would say the inflating mechanism is much easier if you have two people to do it. I found it difficult to do by myself. Overall though, I think it’s a terrific deal for the price and sturdy. Definitely going to enjoy using this in my routine. And the added bonus of the free ebook with additional exercises is phenomenal. Thank you Epitome for meeting the needs of the consumer!!

I just purchased your Active Balance Exercise Ball off of Amazon. I ordered the Blue 55cm ball. This is the perfect size for me as I am only 5’2” It’s the perfect color! I love it. I didn’t want some ugly ball and this one is pretty. It was very easy to pump up. I was concerned about that because some of the reviews said it was not so easy. The ball has a nice texture and it seems like it is very good quality. I really like the ball and am very happy with it. I like the durability of the ball, it does not seem flimsy at all. I also appreciate that it came with an e-book and also 3 Resistance Loop Bands. The whole set seems to be of high quality. Very comfortable to sit on!!! I would recommend this set for anyone who is looking for a very nice good quality exercise ball.

I received my Active Balance Ball by Epitome Fitness a couple of weeks ago and I wanted to wait a little while and try it out before I posted a review. This is a high quality item at a great price. I am 5'6" and got the 65 cm ball and its the perfect size, both for me and my wife. It came nicely packaged and an included hand/air pump which was very helpful. I was able to inflate it in a couple of minutes, and even got my kids to help out as a family project! It works as it should -- great for a variety of exercises or stretches. It is thick enough that I think this will last for a long time. Other balance balls are thin and you know it would been to be replaced ever year or so, but not this one. This is a great addition to my exercise equipment at home -- as I'm not planning to go back to the gym anytime soon. Very happy with this purchase.
