Can this stick on a bumpy pvc front door ?(I.e has lumpy design and isn't just a flat surface)

Hi yes we think it would. It’s a flat screen which sticks on flush to the door so can’t reach the wood. Our whippet still scratches and wakes me up but no damage to the door ha! 🐾

Would these be suitable to put on a bay window sill. Would it fix ok please ?

Yes, you can easily cut to size and it just fixes with Velcro strips. They are visible through the Perspex but come in both black and white to suit the colour underneath.
