Had fun. I’m 56 years old. Going to add jumping rope to exercise routine. It’s weighted which makes it a better workout for adults. Younger folks might have fun with the speed (and adult supervision). Note: weight is in Kg, so if you’re 165 lbs then put 75 (kg).

Purchased two, one for each of my granddaughters. Hoped that electronic features would encourage them to jump rope as this is a terrific cardio exercise. Was not disappointed. Girls could not have been more pleased. Immediately got competitive as to who could jump the most. Who could jump longest consecutively. You get the idea.

I love this electronic Jump rope. It came in one day, was easy to assemble & it’s PINK my favorite color. I set It up instantly and was able to start jumping. The LED backlight makes it look and feel worth more than what it actually cost.

I would recommend this rope for beginners, however for intermediates I wouldn't. I've been skipping with this rope for about a month now, I've skipped on & off for a year or two. I improved upon my form and everything. That said, after a month of consistent skipping, I realized muscle imbalance, more than I usually have. Because one of my biceps is bigger than the other, I think most people relate to this. I discovered today just by paying attention to it that the rope is unbalanced. The counter handle causes a weight imbalance that becomes noticeable after skipping for long periods because one of my biceps is more fatigued than the other. So, you can just imagine that it has more muscle growth causing one arm to look more toned than the other.Use it to start skipping but plan for an upgrade in the future.

Skipping rope is very good product, it is lightweight, easy assembly, and easy to use for a great workout experience. Digital programming is clear. I would recommend this jump rope to all workout beginners.
